Chief Beer Taster - We are looking for a person who likes Beer. Your duties include testing every cask (2 pints of each) of beer which leaves the brewery. Includes full Bupa membership
If you wish to apply, please join the end of the queue which is currently in Manchester.
Assistant Beer Taster - We require a stunt double for the above position. Not as much a stand in, but a stand up!
Taffy Thomas and Friends South Lakeland Story Telling Club
Usually the first Tuesday of the month
7.30pm-ish All welcome - Free admission
Taffy has a repertoire of more than 300 stories, tales and elaborate lies collected mainly from traditional oral sources, which he is happy to tell in almost any situation.
He is now the most experienced English storyteller, having pioneered many storytelling residencies and appeared at the National Storytelling Festival in the USA and the Bergen Arts Festival in Norway.
Taffy has now performed at the Watermill Inn for over 10 years now
